ELSA Uzhhorod successfully hosted the lecture “Oratorical Art as a Means of Influence: The Ability to Speak and Persuade” for students of the Law and Philology Faculties at UzhNU. During the first block, participants worked on articulation and clarity of speech. The second block was dedicated to the secrets of a strong speaker and holding the audience’s attention. Students practiced practical techniques to turn their spoken word into a true superpower.

As part of the collaboration between ELSA Uzhhorod and the Student Council of the Uzhhorod National University Faculty of Law, an institutional visit was organized to the Transcarpathian region Circuit Administrative Court. During the event, students had a unique opportunity to observe the hearing of an administrative case in real time and gain an inside look at the workings of the judicial system. Participants learned how theoretical legal knowledge is applied in practice and also spoke with the judge and the court clerk. The visit was extremely productive and left everyone who participated with many valuable insights.

As part of the initiative to connect law students with leading regional enterprises, ELSA Uzhhorod organized an institutional visit to the Krayna mineral water production facility. During the event, participants had a unique opportunity to learn about the history of the enterprise and explore the full production cycle, from the natural extraction well to the bottling line, warehouse, and quality control department. Students gained valuable insights into corporate operations, compliance standards, and the legal framework governing industrial manufacturing in Zakarpattia. The visit was exceptionally productive, offering participants a practical look at enterprise management and industry regulation.
